The Rules
- Previous bracket winners are ineligible for this bracket.
- All genders are eligible.
- Characters from anime only.
- Anime must have had new content (series, movie, or multiple OVAs) between September 1st, 2015 and September 1st, 2018. Movies that are re-edits of their original series are not eligible.
- Currently running shows - with the exception of shows that are continuing from previous seasons - are not eligible.
