Only characters who have made their debut in an anime as late as Spring 2017 are eligible. Please do not nominate a character that has only appeared in an anime that has aired later than Spring 2017. (Yes, that means no 02 for this contest. Get rekt.)
Only female characters are allowed. Male characters who have a feminine appearance are not allowed.
The picture you use for your nomination must come from anilist (RIP MyAnimeList). If the picture is not an anilist picture the nomination will be deleted. (I'll try to be more flexible since MAL is being dead.)
PLEASE check the Character List first before nominating to prevent repeats.
Important reminder that previous Best Girl winners Makise Kurisu, Yukino Yukinoshita, Misaka Mikoto, and Rin Tohsaka are ineligible for this contest along.
