Before submitting please ensure the character is not already present in the entrants list (click the Entrants link above).

Entrant Requirements

No beast, robot, or male entrants allowed. This is for officially confirmed female entrants only. Characters must originate from the Neptunia series or at least play a major role in any of the Neptunia games. Transformations, age differences, or alternate dimensional selves of a character are considered redundant entries, even if their personalities, appearance, etc. are fundamentally different. Consider all forms of a girl when voting on her!
